Two floors, sixteen interior rooms, a tower stairwell, a roof terrace, a rear deck and a garden, on the empty lot on Bay City Ave next to the Vespucci boardwalk. Nothing vanilla is deleted to make room for it.
Signage you can rename
The lettering is built from single 3D letters placed at runtime. Write your practice name in config.lua and the line re-centres itself. Accented characters fold to their base letter, so German, Polish or Portuguese names just work.
Furnished and lit
Around 300 props, 55 point lights and 77 ceiling fixtures are part of the map. No furniture script, no hour in a placement editor.

23 real door props. DOORS.md lists every one of them with a block you paste straight into your door lock config.
